Take a first look at the Patrol E-Six 2020 eBike from Indonesian mountain bike brand Patrol a boasting 630Wh internal battery.
Patrol Sports is the flagship brand for Indonesian bike maker United Cycles. United Cycles has been manufacturing bikes for Asian markets and other, brands since the 1960s but in the mid-2000s the company decided to launch its own brand.
Patrol’s bike range for 2020 includes specially designed kids bikes, dirt jump bikes, full-suspension mountain bikes, hardtails and 2 new eBikes bikes with integrated 630Wh batteries. Those big internal batteries are wired into Shimano E8000 motors and drive a 1 x12 Shimano drivetrain.
eBikes are a new addition to the Patrol range, and the Indonesian maker has released a hardtail, the Patrol E-Zero and a 150mm travel full-suspension bike named the E-Six. Each 2020 ebike is available in 2 build options, a standard build and a more upmarket build named the S-Spec.

Last weekend, Patrol Mountain and HKMCC Bandung explored Bromo mountain trails on Patrol E-Bikes with 20 riders. Mount Bromo, an active volcano in East Java, offers diverse biking trails. The group enjoyed challenging climbs and thrilling downhills, utilizing E-Bike technology for easier navigation. The adventure was deemed unforgettable and worth repeating in 2025.
